WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I’m based in the UK.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
I ship to the UK from this website (International customers can order via my Etsy shop here: https://studioaether.etsy.com )
This allows you to pay the required customs fees in advance for a smoother delivery experience post Brexit.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
UK shipping is a flat rate no matter how many items you buy. And all orders over £50 ship for FREE
DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE TRACKING?
UK orders are now sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. You have the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout should you need a faster service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP AN ORDER?
I aim to pack and post your order within 1-3 working days. (most items are dispatched next working day)
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes any orders outside of the UK will be subject to tax.

HOW DO I WASH MY HAIR ACCESSORIES?
I recommend all hair accessories are hand washed in warm water and mild detergent and left to dry flat.
MY ACCESSORIES ARE A LITTLE CREASED HOW DO I FIX THAT?
I recommend a gentle steam with a steamer or iron. Please note, metallic and wet look/pvc fabrics should not be steamed.
AN ITEM I WANTED TO BUY IS OUT OF STOCK WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
A lot of the fabrics I use are remnants and are only available in small quantities, making them limited edition. I would advise if you like an item to purchase it before stock runs out to avoid disappointment.
Occasionally I am able to find the same fabrics or similar and these will be listed as they become available.
Send me an email and I will see what I can do, or sign up to my mailing list for information on re-stocked items and new arrivals.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
At the moment I am only offering a sewing service for my designs if you are able to provide your own fabric. Feel free to email me should you require this service. Or reach out if you have something particular in mind as I may have a suitable fabric in stock but not yet listed (I am just unable to source fabrics for you at this time due to the time involved)
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the item in its original condition for an exchange or refund within 14 working days of receiving it. As a small business I do not cover return shipping costs. Simply send me an email and I will give you the return address (please remember to pop your name & order number in with the return so I can identify your order)
