Delivery

  • Most items are in stock ready to be dispatched.

  • Please allow 1-3 working days for me to process, package and post your order. (although I usually post next working day)

  • Custom order times can vary, if you require something for a specific date please contact me before placing an order to ensure I can meet your expectations.

  • UK orders are sent via Royal Mail with their Tracked 48 service (this is just an estimated delivery time, it could take longer than 48 hrs to arrive) You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 should you require a faster service (again this is just an estimated delivery time)

  • For my Etsy customers. Overseas orders can be delayed by customs, unfortunately this is out of my control. (Please check the Royal Mail websites incident bulletin for any updates on known delays here: https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin)

  • If you think your item has been lost in the post I can report this to Royal Mail on your behalf. For UK orders after 10 working days have passed. For European orders after 20 working days have passed. And for Worldwide orders after 25 working days have passed. (these are the timescales Royal Mail deem a parcel to be lost after)

  • I cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. (all UK tracked items include compensation. so reach out if your order has not arrived within 10 working days I will chase this up for you) I can offer a replacement (if still in stock) alternative item to the same value, or full refund.

  • For my Etsy customers. It’s very rare for items to get lost in transit, but if you are worried about items not arriving please upgrade to a fully tracked shipping service as I cannot track items unless you have chosen a tracked service.
